Tony Adkins, Over 26 years experience
Tony holds a state Master Plumbers and Gas-Fitters License and is certified in home stand-by generators, duct design and application. Tony has been a Peninsula resident for over 46 years, and holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Appalachian State University.

Chuck Liebold, Over 30 years experience
A retired professional firefighter for Virginia Beach with over 30 years in designing and selling energy saving heating systems, cooling systems, and home stand-by generators, Chuck offers his knowledge and dedication for your home heating and cooling needs. Chuck holds a Masters Mechanical HVAC License as well as Residential duct design and load calculations.

Ben Smith , Over 10 years experience
With over 10 years experience in installation, service and sales; Ben Smith is teaming up with our Service Department to accommodate our customers faster and more efficiently. Fourth generation of the Smith Family, he holds our Company Values & Customer experience as his first priority.

Todd Dodge - Comfort Consultant, Over 25 years experience
Todd has over 25 years of experience in the heating and cooling industry. He has 10 years of experience in warehouse work and installation and over 15 years of experience as a Comfort Consultant selling replacement systems. He holds a 4 year Apprenticeship Certificate in the HVAC Industry, Journeyman’s License, as a Gas Fitters and Refrigeration Certification. Todd is fully committed to designing heating and cooling systems that will keep you comfortable all year long.

Tom Drori, Over 9 years experience
Tom Drori brings over 9 years of HVAC industry experience. Tom's experience spans commercial, industrial and residential applications. Tom is a graduate of Old Dominion University and holds a bachelors in Business Administration. He holds a certification in airflow balancing and ductwork design with the National Balancing institute. Tom is a native of Hampton Roads and resides in Norfolk with his wife and two children.

Dan Baxter – Indoor Air Quality Specialist, Over 10 years experience
Dan has been in the HVAC industry for over 10 years and has extensive knowledge in all areas of heating and cooling systems with a major focus on air flow issues and air duct design. Dan is Air Conditioning System Cleaning Specialist certified through the National Air Duct Cleaning Association and is a certified Building Analyst Professional through the Building Performance Institute. His expertise and experience in Indoor Air Quality will ensure your home air quality is healthy and safe and that your duct system meets the highest standards set by the NADCA.
