Mr. Smith,

Smith and Keene were referred to me from a previous customer of yours, with HIGH reviews. I was not disappointed when I contracted with your company to have two Geothermal Systems installed at my home!

The Sales person, Chuck Liebold, was very methodical explaining the different system options, and provided many valuable recommendations for addressing installation challenges. He was very thorough in presenting the proposal, answering all my questions. His knowledge of systems, and his years of experieince were evident, and extremely beneficial. This allowed me to make an informed decision, and feel comfortable with making such a large investment.

The installation team, led by Elliott Summers, was very courteaus, conscientious, and strived for a professional installation. He and his team members, Phillip Gaskins, and Jason, (and an electrician I didn't get the name of) were very focused on ensuring all aspects of the installation went smoothly. It was obvious throughout the installation that each of them were working to achieve a "quality job done right the first time". Their efforts ensured the installation remained on schedule, and was completed as promised. A job of this size was bound to encounter issues, to which each othem were addressed by Elliott with the goal of obtaining a technically sound solution and complete customer satisfaction. I congratulate him, and his team, on a job well done! They represented you WELL!

The sub-contracted well crew was top notch. Tim Johnston met with me to go over the well drilling process, and the permit requirements. He was flexible, willing to work with me identifying the site location of the wells. As with the Smith & Keene employess, Tim and his crew were very courtears and professional. I envisioned a front yard that was rough graded, which would require considerable effort on my part to clean up the residual drilling sludge and return the site to a finished yard. In reality, once Tim's crew completed the wells, THEY put forth the considerable effort to obtain a finished grade, leaving only minimal effort on my part! I was truly appreciative of their efforts, and would recommend you retain them on your list of subs!

Bobby Merritt provided oversight for the entire installation, and was extremely focused on customer satisfaction and ensuring his crew was provided the necessary tools and equipment to get the job done in a cost effective and timely manner. When issues identified by the City Inspector arose, Bobby promptly contacted the Inspector to develop and acceptable solution, which avoided costly alternatives and any further delays completing the job. Bobby's years of technical experience and people skills were instrumental in ensuring quick resolution, and a SATISFIED customer!

Joel, in Service, was on site when the systems were initially energized to ensure the installation check-out went smoothly. Issues with the system (as delivered from the factory) were addressed promptly and to completion. I am confident Joel will ensure my Smith and Keene products will be in service for many years. I look forward to continued relations with him and the service department in the future.
